Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
  • Implement and maintain a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to optimize operations.
  • Provide training and support for WMS. 
  • Monitor support tickets for all departments within the warehouse. 
  • Handle Priority Account reorders (could be very large quantities). 
  • Assist with management of dropship and retail orders. 
  • Develop strategies for continuous improvement in warehouse processes and performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory and equipment. 
  • Procure necessary supplies and equipment to support warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control systems.
  • WF Smart and NetSuite experience a PLUS. 
  • Proficient in forklift operation; certification is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
