Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote troubleshooting sessions to diagnose and calibrate machinery via telephone and TeamViewer.
- Provide technical support to customers for a wide variety of issues (mechanical and electrical), and inquiries to affect the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to software, hardware and connectivity.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Update customer data on CRM and handle order intake and purchasing.
- Provide training for customers and others in the effective operation, calibration, and maintenance of equipment.
- Oversee new machinery projects and maintain communication with customers for seamless installations and interventions.
Qualifications:
- Technical diploma and/or one to two years related experience or equivalent in technical service interventions mainly on manufacturing equipment.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working at a CNC technician level with multi-axis CNC milling machines.
- Strong mechanical background including troubleshooting motors and gearboxes (ball screws and spindles a plus)
- Troubleshooting of wiring and electrical systems and strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits.
- Auto CAD and Team Viewer experience required.
- Must be able to travel up to 20% and work independently while onsite.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office application.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to obtain passport.
