Maintain a high level of understanding of total HVAC and Plumbing installation, operations, and equipment capabilities, control system architecture and sequencing.
Responsible for the management and placement of startup technicians.
Assign punch list items to appropriate field superintendent.
Partner with Project Manager to plan, schedule and coordinate all start-up and commissioning processes of assigned projects.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of mechanical service and/or equipment startup experience.
Must be able to travel throughout western NC region for projects.
Valid Driver's License.
Must have thorough understanding of system start-up, testing, balancing, commissioning and diagnosis.
