Support preparations and execution of sales activity.
Set up new customers, programs and program updates by researching/identifying customer requirements and providing other departments with all required customer information.
Cross functional resource and communication of all information necessary for production of products including but not limited to – UPC’s, sizes, colors, UPC stickers, polybag stickers, inner pack size, packaging, hanging method, product CAD, customer testing requirements, sample requirements, etc.
Entering product/pricing/program information into customer portals as required.
Corresponding with production throughout the production process to ensure that all requirements are met including samples, layouts, testing, ship dates, etc.
Schedule and participate in meetings with buyers to identify opportunities to grow business as well as updating current programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of e-commerce experience or High School graduate with minimum 5 years related e-commerce experience.
Soft Goods, Apparel and/or Hosiery related experience strongly preferred.
Must have experience working directly with medium to large size department stores.
