Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating and managing all resources needed throughout entire project - from startup to completion.
• Manage multiple projects depending on size, complexity, and type of project.
• Lead and communicate with field supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure you are staying within project schedule and timeline.
• Perform all duties of project engineer should there be any limitations in project size, budget or staffing issues.
• Evaluate project engineer's performance and identify training/development needs.
• Ensure all expectations and budget guidelines set by customer are met or exceeded.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or similar field.
• 5 + years of experience in managing large commercial projects.
