Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
· Must have 10+ years construction project management experience.
· Proficiency in using software tools in construction industry.
· Strong ability to read blueprints and technical documents accurately.
· Excellent project coordination skills with a focus on achieving project goals.
· Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and methodologies.
· Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations.
· Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication to motivate teams.
