Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, laser printers, copy machine printers, Zebra barcode printers, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and email issues.
  • Set up and configure new computers, peripherals, and user accounts.
  • Assist employees with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and common business applications.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors and escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
  • Deliver professional and friendly customer service to staff and clients.
  • Travel between company locations as needed for support and equipment setup.
Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems and networking.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and standard office software.
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Prior help desk or technical support experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment when necessary.
