Job Description


Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise production staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules.
  • Monitor assembly line operations, ensuring quality control and compliance with safety standards.
  • Train new employees on equipment operation, safety protocols, and best practices in manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with management to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output and report any issues to management promptly.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and operational, performing basic mechanical troubleshooting when necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of assembly line processes.
  • Familiarity with operating forklifts is preferred; certification may be required.
  • Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
  • Previous warehouse experience is an asset, contributing to an understanding of inventory management practices.
  • Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to motivate team members effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability for performance outcomes.
