Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects are set up properly and executed at the highest standards.
• Will lead the preconstruction and estimating efforts and partner with project executives, project managers, and field managers.
• Manage multiple, complex estimating assignments.
• Execute multiple delivery methods including hard bid, negotiated and design bid.
• Prepare multiple budgets for clients at various design intervals including budgets at conceptual design, schematic design, design development and final GMP pricing.
• Provide thorough reconciliation and budget analysis for clients and internal review.
• Attend project site visits and pre-bid meetings.
• Define, prepare, and develop scopes of work and project bid packages.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction.
• Proficient in Estimating Software such as Smartbid, Plan Swift or Bluebeam.
