Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all plant financial control and accounting activities.
  • Prepare financial documents; business reports, financial forecasts, and statements, understanding financial state of the business.
  • Establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, forecasts and reporting standards on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis, in collaboration with Management.
  • Provide comprehensive financial updates to management.
  • Recommend and implement programs to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, and reduce cost.
  • Support financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures to the current economic landscape.
  • Implement consistent accounting policies, practices, and procedures across all programs and remain current about existing, new, and future legislation.
  • Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize the protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow.
  • Manage and support accounting team.
  • Accounting Degree; 4+ years accounting experience.
  • Manufacturing experience required.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Experience with ERP system; BPCS (AS400).
