Order Management Associate

Job Description


Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for maintaining customer orders for a variety of retailers and ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Work closely with Order Management team to ensure orders are processed, shipped and closed on time.
  • Review daily customer orders in ERP system.
  • Manage backorders, extensions, and cancellations both in ERP and customer portals.
  • Communicate back-in-stock dates and stock availability to customers.
  • Work with Planning and Sales to ensure alignment on fill rate and in-stock expectations.
  • Manage inventory reworks and special projects.
  • Act as an escalation point of contact for customer carriers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 5+ years of experience in customer service, order management, inventory management or related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Experience with Retail Link or similar platform a plus.
