Job Description


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily manufacturing activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules
  • Lead, motivate, and develop team members to foster a high-performance work environment
  • Coordinate shift activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet production targets efficiently
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and recommending process enhancements
  • Conduct regular safety audits and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery operates optimally with minimal downtime
  • Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for accountability and analysis

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in manufacturing supervision or a similar leadership role within a production environment
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control procedures
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate across departments
  • Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvements proactively
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and safety
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are advantageous
