Coordinate multiple projects, in various stages of design, to successful completion.
Coordinate layout efforts with field team.
Conduct site-visits.
Communicate frequently with project team members including architects, engineers, and project managers.
Read and interpret structural and mechanical plans and specifications.
Solve complex technical problems with little guidance.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, project partners, vendors, and clients.
Must be able to multi-task and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Associates or Technical Degree in drafting, design technology, construction management, or mechanical engineering desired or other education/experience by which an understanding of mechanical systems and technical design has been gained.
1-3 years of hands-on mechanical design experience.
Expertise with Trimble, BIM, AutoCAD MEP, REVIT, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat.
