Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily manufacturing activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules
Lead, motivate, and develop team members to foster a high-performance work environment
Coordinate shift activities, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet production targets efficiently
Implement continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and recommending process enhancements
Conduct regular safety audits and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery operates optimally with minimal downtime
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for accountability and analysis

Qualifications:

Proven experience (3-5 years) in manufacturing supervision or a similar leadership role within a production environment
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control procedures
Excellent communication skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate across departments
Ability to analyze operational data and implement improvements proactively
Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and safety
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are advantageous
