Job Description


Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
  • Carry out commercial cleaning duties in offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
  • Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the upkeep of the building.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with floor care techniques including buffing and industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment usage is desirable.
