Monitor staffing levels to maintain an efficient flow of merchandise through the department.
Ensure workflow is optimized to maximize throughput and productivity.
Supervise daily operations through on-the-floor observations and hands-on management.
Ensure associates work in a safe environment with the necessary tools and resources.
Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Execute slotting and replenishment strategies for a high SKU/high-volume operation.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Contribute cost-saving ideas on a continuous basis.
Identify, coach, train, and develop associates to help them reach their full potential.
Monitor budget and payroll data for the department to ensure cost efficiency.
Flexibility to work all shifts and departments within the Distribution Center.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field preferred.
1–2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) functionality.
