Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor staffing levels to maintain an efficient flow of merchandise through the department.
• Ensure workflow is optimized to maximize throughput and productivity.
• Supervise daily operations through on-the-floor observations and hands-on management.
• Ensure associates work in a safe environment with the necessary tools and resources. 
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety regulations.  
• Execute slotting and replenishment strategies for a high SKU/high-volume operation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Contribute cost-saving ideas on a continuous basis.
• Identify, coach, train, and develop associates to help them reach their full potential.
• Monitor budget and payroll data for the department to ensure cost efficiency.
• Flexibility to work all shifts and departments within the Distribution Center.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations.  Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) functionality.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (required)
