Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a single project or multiple smaller projects.
• Evaluate field engineer/foreman; craft employees’ performance and identify/conduct training of others.
• Perform all duties of the field engineer/foreman should project size, budget, or staffing limitations exist.
• Lead, communicate, and assist office staff, subcontractors and vendors in working to the project.
• Become “subject matter experts” in best practices.
• Represent organization with owner(s), architects, consultants, government authorities, vendors and subcontractors in a professional and courteous way.
• Build effective working relationships with clients and the project team members.
• Plan effective/accurate schedules for project(s) and manage manpower accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing commercial projects.
