Manages 8 to 10 subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 1 to 5 employees in the construction project.
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Responsible for construction field installation activities with an emphasis on labor productivity, quality and timely installations, and employee morale. This requires close coordination with project and division managers.
Responsible for jobsite safety.
Qualifications:
Read and interpret documents, as well as write routine reports and correspondence.
Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardizations exits.
Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form, as well as read blueprints.
Work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamental of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
Apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
Six months to one-year related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience.
