The Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for clients, guests, and team members. This role is highly visible, fast-paced, and essential to maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, adaptable, and able to handle multiple responsibilities with a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and employees promptly and professionally.
Answer incoming phone calls, manage voicemails, transfer calls, and handle incoming/outgoing faxes.
Process, sort, and track all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Save mailing confirmations to the appropriate directories or applications.
Assist with scanning and saving electronic files; organize documents received by mail, email, or fax.
Maintain accurate drop-off and pick-up logs for client materials.
Fold and mail monthly invoices and statements as needed.
Maintain, clean, and restock the breakroom daily; order breakroom and office supplies as required; assist HR with ordering flowers or other office essentials.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills and professional communication skills.
Detail-oriented and highly organized and accurate in managing tasks, logs, files, and communications.
Tech-Savvy: Confident using technology and motivated to learn new systems.
Willingness to Learn, team oriented, and problem-solving skills. ?
