Job Description


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Manage phone systems and provide exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with clients and vendors.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Support office management tasks to ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an office clerk or similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining organization.
