&#9;<li>Repairs and replaces water, steam, air, and gas, along with multitude of other piping requirements.
&#9;<li>Monitors work of crew members for adherence to plans, specifications, and job-specific drawings & directions.

<br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br> 

<ul>
&#9;<li>Minimum of 4 years' industrial /commercial pipefitting experience.
&#9;<li>Write routine reports and correspondence; solve practical problems.
&#9;<li>Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schematic form.
&#9;<li>Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
&#9;<li>Proficient at assembling butt weld and socket-weld carbon steel systems. Skills regarding cleaning and flushing of hydronic systems as well as refrigeration systems are a plus.

&#9;<li>Good attitude and open minded to solving problems; willing to take classes.

<strong>Key Qualifications: </strong>

&#9;<li>Demonstrated experience managing supervisors and hourly production teams.
&#9;<li>Multi-site management experience preferred.
&#9;<li>Strong knowledge of production scheduling, logistics, and inventory control.
&#9;<li>Proven safety leadership and regulatory compliance experience.
&#9;<li>Ability to read construction drawings and specifications (rebar experience strongly preferred).

&#9;<li>Periodically review and ensure procedures for routine work are established.
&#9;<li>Monitor and manage the maintenance budget.
&#9;<li>Maintain appropriate levels of spare parts and supplies.
&#9;<li>Respond to urgent maintenance issues.
&#9;<li>Build and maintain relationships with local equipment and supplier vendors.
</ul>
<strong>Qualifications:</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>A high school diploma or equivalent is required; Associateâs degree (or higher) a plus.
&#9;<li>Minimum of 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in a chemical manufacturing or processing environment.
&#9;<li>Possess intermediate knowledge of pipefitting, carpentry, welding, electrical and mechanical systems.
&#9;<li>Some knowledge of building, electrical codes and OSHA regulations.
&#9;<li>Strong mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control troubleshooting skills.
&#9;<li>Familiarity with ISO9001 and OSHA PSM standards.
